Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Thinly slice the onion, roughly chop the cabbage, cut the carrot into julienne strips, and trim the root end off the enoki mushrooms before cutting them in half.<\/li>\n<li>Spread out two large sheets of aluminum foil.
