Add 1 tbsp olive oil, the vinegar and parsley and toss to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon the sour cream, sun dried tomato paste and Tabasco into a bowl, season and mix together.<\/li>\n<li>Slide the prawns onto the skewers, drizzle with a little more of the olive oil, salt and black pepper, then griddle on each side for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.<\/li>\n<li>Place the lettuce, cut side down, onto the griddle\/BBQ for 1-2 minutes until charred.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the lettuce, roasted peppers and spring onions between serving plates. Drizzle the sour cream mixture over the charred lettuce. Crumble the croutons and scatter the dill and chives over the top.<\/li>\n<li>Lay the prawn skewers and lemon wedges alongside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soak 8 wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes, or set some metal ones to one side.
