Bake in a preheated oven at 190<sup>o<\/sup>C for 20\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, peel and slice the avocado.<\/p>\n<p>Dice the onion and tomato.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the mayonnaise with the lime zest and juice.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Break the cashews and chop the cilantro.<\/p>\n<p>Place the mayo mix and avocado slices along the middle of the pita bread.
